9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: The anticyclone aloft covering southeastern China will bring generally fine and very hot weather to the region in the next couple of days. With the anticyclone aloft weakening slightly, showers will increase over Guangdong during the weekend. The broad area of low pressure over the western North Pacific is expected to develop gradually in the next couple of days, and move northwards to the vicinity of the seas east of the Ryukyu Islands.
