9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A dry northeast monsoon will persist over the coast of Guangdong in the next couple of days. The tropical cyclone over the central part of the South China Sea will move towards the central part of Vietnam today and tomorrow. A replenishment of the northeast monsoon is expected to reach southern China on Sunday. It will be windy and become cooler over the coast of southern China early to midweek next week. Besides, the area of low pressure over the western North Pacific will develop into a tropical cyclone gradually, and edge closer to the vicinity of the Luzon Strait on Sunday.
