9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A fresh to strong northeast monsoon will bring mainly fine and dry weather to the coast of southern China in the next couple of days. It will be windy with cool mornings over the region. The monsoon is expected to moderate slightly in the latter part of this week, and a replenishment of the monsoon will bring cooler weather to southern China again during the weekend. Besides, the area of low pressure over the seas east of the Philippines will develop gradually, and move in the general direction of the vicinity to the east of Luzon today and tomorrow.
